Add additional shipping and handling charges for shipments outside of the United States. Add all items to your PayPal shopping cart and then add the appropriate additional postage based on the total amount of your order (do not include the shipping charges calculated by PayPal in your totals). For example, if you purchase one CD your PayPal shopping cart will show a total of $15.00 for the CD plus $5.00 shipping and handling. Use only the $15.00 amount to select the amount of additional postage due.
